Processing time

We ship all orders from Belgium as quickly as possible.

  • Standard products: will be shipped within 1–2 business days .

  • Personalized or custom-made products: will be shipped within 3–5 business days .

During peak periods (holidays, promotions), processing times may vary slightly. We'll always notify you if there's a delay.

Shipping costs (Belgium)

  • Standard shipping costs: €6.95

  • Free shipping from €75

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery time

After shipment, the average delivery time within Belgium is:

  • 1–2 business days via our standard shipping partner.

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking (if available).

We currently deliver as standard within Belgium and the Netherlands.

Not at home / failed delivery

If you are not at home, the delivery service usually leaves:

  • a pick-up note behind, or

  • delivers the package to a collection point.

Please follow the courier's instructions to collect your package.

Damaged delivery

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product. We're happy to help.
